Fall soup

Today I made this simple vegetable soup.  First I boiled water with vegetables and chicken bouillon (50/50). I added leeks, onions, garlic, celery and carrots. Wait until the water with vegetables has boiled and then add the potatoes. Simmer for another 15mins. Add some bok choy and garden peas. Stir and simmer for 5 more minutes and serve. Super healthy.
