January healthy kick tips

I usually ignore all the fuss over the January detox fads and diets etc... 
I'm already flat after the festive season and it's also cold outside. I know that I still have plenty of time to get into shape for Summer.. Usually I take it easy on myself in January.
I follow 3 simple rules - Try to exercise 3 times a week, avoid carbs and drink loads of liquids (maybe few glasses of Prosecco too)... ;) and if you follow these three rules for 21 days your body will adapt to these new habits. Just take it easy.. and love your body...
