Practising yoga in the early morning.

Tomorrow I'm going to 6.30am Bikram class. It's really tough in the morning but once its done - it's done for the day. Usually we have temptations to skip the classes in the evening. Extra work, meeting friends, last minute shopping and etc. Also exercising in the morning boosts your energy levels and happy hormones. Just don't forget to go to bed early :)
