Today I went to a Bikram yoga workshop and stayed for another class afterward. Total time was just under 3 hours of pure heat and stretching. I must say I felt good afterwards. Loads of coconut water to keep myself replenished and a healthy dinner - It's very usual for me because on Sundays I usually binge on everything I like which is naughty - rich food, chocolate, wine, cheese and etc. So I hope with my Sunday practice I can change my bad habits.
