Christmas is almost here!
This weekend I spent a night in a lovely town called Oxted... As I walked to a friends house I saw this Sparkly Christmasy house... I think it looks really awesome!!!

Christmas market in the O2 dome.
I won 2 tickets to visit this years 'Handmade Christmas' fair at the O2. I took my friend Jolanta for some shopping therapy and mulled wine! The market was lovely. All these people with creative and crazy designs. So unique... I loved it! Jolanta had never been to the O2 so I gave her a Christmas present early by taking her to the Emirates ride over the Thames. The view was spectacular!

Luxo at Sky Lobby at the Daily Telegraph
Today Luxo spent the day talking and selling to people who work at the Daily Telegraph media group. It was full all day.. Seeing new customers trying our products and then wanting to eat them was a highlight... Success... And because it's thanksgiving today - Luxo says thank you to all new customers.

Ottolenghi
Ottolenghi is one of my favourite lunch places. It serves delicious beef, chicken or fish with your choice of salads. The salads are absolutely out of this world. The seasoning and flavours are well considered. And they have a big counter of deserts too. I could eat there everyday.

Practising yoga in the early morning.
Tomorrow I'm going to 6.30am Bikram class. It's really tough in the morning but once its done - it's done for the day. Usually we have temptations to skip the classes in the evening. Extra work, meeting friends, last minute shopping and etc. Also exercising in the morning boosts your energy levels and happy hormones. Just don't forget to go to bed early :)

Winter addiction.
Satsumas/ Tangerines/ Mandarins - Call it as you like. In the winter months I'm addicted to this fruit.. It tastes is sweet, easy to carry around and the smell is just divine. And has almost no calories. Result.

Walking.
Walking. Such an easy thing to do in our daily life. But we forget it, ignoring it or just laziness has taken over our lives. I love walking everywhere... Especially in London.. Children in Need charity.
Last Thursday I attempted to do a 6 Hot Bikram Yoga classes in one day for the 'Children in Need' charity. I needed to stay in a 40 degree room for 9 hours with short breaks in between. We raised a total over £15000!!! After 9 hours of practising yoga I was so super hyper - it felt that I could run a marathon...but...I didn't ;) A hot bath & lots of coconut water helped me to recover pretty fast...

Practising yoga
Today I went to a Bikram yoga workshop and stayed for another class afterward. Total time was just under 3 hours of pure heat and stretching. I must say I felt good afterwards. Loads of coconut water to keep myself replenished and a healthy dinner - It's very usual for me because on Sundays I usually binge on everything I like which is naughty - rich food, chocolate, wine, cheese and etc. So I hope with my Sunday practice I can change my bad habits. Pumpkin pie...
Halloween is coming and last weekend my hubby made traditional pumpkin pie. I've never had this type of pie before - so I was super exciting about it. The result didn't disappoint - maybe I just needed a tiny bit more sugar. Recipe to follow in the next picture.

Victoria & Albert museum.
Last weekend I went to the Victoria & Albert museum. I opted for the 'Club to Catwalk' exhibition that shows London fashion in the 1980's. I also love shopping at the V&A - it offers unique presents for everybody.

We had a very bad weather since last night, so today's act of kindness is for the little bugs in our back garden! I done a "Bug Hotel" for them to shelter from the worse storm in a decade! I give it a 5 stars rate :-)

Balham market.
Balham has a small local market. It offers veg & fruit, freshly made pasta, yummy cupcakes and some antique bric a brac..
I love shopping there - it's personal, it's cheaper than most places and you meet lovely people. Fridays and Saturdays are the best days to visit.

Christmas tasty treats
To cut a long story short - Basically I had way too much short crust pastry left - so my sister came up with this simple solution. Roll out the pastry to about 5mm thickness. Add sugar & cinnamon, and then fold over once. Cut in different shape & sizes, brush some egg on top and bake for 15 min in 180 degrees. It looks cute even to give as a present. Super pleased.

Today I went to an opening event for the store Lazy Oaf. Lazy Oaf has once again teamed up with Warner Brothers (last year was a Batman theme) to design a collection of menswear, womenswear and accessories with our favourite childhood cartoon Looney Tunes. Just love it!

My best friend Sandra
My beautiful friend got married last Saturday! 19th October was a sunny day for Sandra and Deividas. Was a shame I wasn't there but through the pictures I can see that the day was very special! All the best!

Today my random act was early.... 6.45a.m early! I popped into Vitoria Station's Starbucks and after asking for a double espresso (should asked for a quadruple!) I asked for a loyalty card with a top up of £5, and give it to the lady standing behind me in the queue! She was a bit confused, but I didn't give her time to understand....and I just vanished like a ninja :-)

Love your life
Sometimes when it's raining outside, you are tired or have a headache and you want to blame someone for it... just stop.. and smile... and appreciate what you have around you. My top tips to cheer myself up:
1.I have a mocha - chocolate instantly a boost with happy hormones.
2. Browse through the Pinterest humour section.
3. Send a few jokes to my friends and family.
4. Play with my cat.
5. Have a lavender bath.
6. Practise yoga.
7. Go for a walk.
8. Read a book.
9. Watch a 'happy' movie - my favourite is 'Despicable me'.
10.Eat that ice cream in my freezer.
